1. The service
Global Quizz helps English teachers prepare tests, interactive lessons and quiz games, give them to students on their phones, mark them with the help of AI, and print papers and results.
2. Your account
- Accounts are for teachers and schools. You must be 18 or older to create one.
- Give correct details and keep your password private. One account is for one person.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Students do not need an account. They join with the code or QR code their teacher gives them.
3. Free trial and plans
- New accounts get a 3-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, you can choose a plan: $20 / 3 months or $45 / year. Every plan includes all features.
- Payment is by card through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If you do not choose a plan, or a payment fails, you can still sign in, see your results and print them, but you cannot create or give new tests until you choose a plan.
- If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before. The new price applies only from your next renewal.

4. AI costs
The AI features use your own OpenRouter key. What you use is paid directly to OpenRouter, not to us, and is not included in your plan. You can set a spending limit in your OpenRouter account. We are not responsible for OpenRouter's charges or availability.
5. Your content
- The tests, lessons, games and worksheets you create or upload stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.
- Only upload material you have the right to use in your classes, for example your own worksheets, or extracts from textbooks used as your school allows.
- The ready-made tests, lessons and games in our library may be used and changed freely in your own classes.
6. Student information
When you add students, you confirm that you are allowed to do so by your school and that you add only what is needed (a name and a class number are enough). Do not upload sensitive information about students. You remain responsible for student information you add, as explained in our Privacy policy.
7. AI marking and your final decision
AI can make mistakes. Marks, corrections and generated content are suggestions that you should check, especially for open answers and writing. You keep the final word on every mark, and you are responsible for the marks you give students and send to your administration.
Classroom monitoring (such as seeing when a student leaves the page) helps you supervise, but no website can stop every form of cheating, such as a second phone. Supervise the room for important tests.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Global Quizz to:
- break the law or the rights of others, including copyright;
- upload anything offensive, hateful or harmful to students;
- try to access other teachers' data, attack the service or overload it;
- copy the service, resell it, or share your account with others.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Global Quizz reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may sometimes stop the service for maintenance, and we may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Global Quizz at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to support@globalquizz.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it. Before closing, you can print or save your results.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost time or lost data that you did not save), and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in advance about important changes. If you keep using the service after they apply, you accept the new terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If we disagree, we will first try to solve it together. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will decide, unless the law of your country gives you a different right.
