Try it first
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial, with no card needed. You can prepare tests, run a lesson and play a game before you decide to pay.
Cancel any time
- Open Billing in the app and choose Manage billing to cancel.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, you are not charged again.
- Your tests and results stay in your account, and you can still print them.
When we refund
- First payment: if Global Quizz is not right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
- Forgotten renewal: if your plan renewed and you have not used it since, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we refund it.
- Mistakes: if you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.
Apart from these cases, a period that has started is not refunded, but you can always cancel so that the next one is not charged.
How to ask
Write to support@globalquizz.com from the email address of your account, with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the same card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
AI costs
AI usage is paid to OpenRouter with your own key, not to Global Quizz, so we cannot refund it. You can set a spending limit in your OpenRouter account.
